Description
Our client is a well established telecommunications business in Ipswich town centre. Their office is expanding and they are currently looking for someone to join their robust team. The position available is for an administrator with customer service experience, the role may include some sales. All products are sold business to business within the local area.

Salary - £12k to £14k
Hours – Monday to Friday – 9:00 to 5:30 with an hour lunch.

Duties will include:

• Supporting office staff with administration.

• Answering the telephone to existing clients. Other forms of contact with clients may include letters, fax, and e-mails.

• Inputting data on their in house system (full training provided).

• Account Management - Making update telephone calls to clients, seeing how they are. All clients are phoned 3 times a year out of courtesy. Also after training renewal calls.

This is a brilliant position for someone wanting to learn about advancing telecommunications. Our client wants to find the right person to fit into their team. Could it be you?

You should:
• Have good IT skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Access.
• Have a fantastic telephone manner.
• Be sharp and customer focused. Customer service is very important for our client so past experience on the phones is this area would be a detrimental advantage.
• Be flexible with the drive to want to take ownership, our client wants someone who can work on their own initiative as well as in a team.
• Have a great sense of humour and be able to work in an office of banter at times.
