Description
We are currently seeking a part time cruise consultant to assist with the effective running of our clients reservations call centre in Ipswich.
As part of a small, friendly team, you will need a natural flair for phone sales and a passion for travel. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you'll handle customer reservations & enquiries from new and existing customers and will promote and sell our cruise products and services directly over the phone.
We are looking for individuals that possess the following essential skills and qualities;
Experience of dealing with and selling to customers by telephone
Persuasive yet friendly sales technique
Ambitious and results driven
Keen to learn, with bags of enthusiasm
You will have a proven track record in sales, preferably working within a call centre environment and be able to demonstrate a high level of customer services skills over the phone. Knowledge of the cruising or travel market will be advantageous.
Part time hours of work will usually be:
11.30 am 3pm Monday Friday and every other Saturday 9am 5pm
