Description
This is a fantastic role for individuals with a background from within insurance preferably. The job entails calling existing customers (warm calling) to ensure that they renew their existing policies with this insurer.
The product that they offer is a market leader and very competitively placed. Thus rather than hard selling to a customer, you are simply offering a product and service that will benefit your customer.
Whilst insurance experience is preferred, retail, banking or any other customer service/sales background will certainly be considered. Graduates with customer service experience will also be considered for this role.
