We have been asked to recruit for a number of staff to join a Shipping company based in Felixstowe. They are currently looking to strengthen their Import department with experienced Clerks. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest Shipping companies.
As an Import Clerk you will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of manifests and making sure the customs documentation are uploaded onto the system accurately and within strict deadlines, also passing invoices and examining transshipment routes and updates.
Our client request you possess Shipping experience in order to secure this role. You will also need to posses excellent computer skills and the working knowledge of Destin8.
Your outgoing and professional approach should also allow you to be able to prioritise your workload when working either alone or as part of a team.
