Description
Our client is a government funded, national leading supplier of skills training based in Colchester.
They are seeking a job broker to handle their new account which assists people with disabilities looking to return to the workplace. Dealing with both the long and short term unemployed, this role will involve interviewing candidates with disabilities and assessing their employment needs. Using various mediums to seek suitable employment for the candidates whilst also advising them as to how to approach their own search for employment.
This role is largely office based although it will be necessary on occasion to meet with candidates at other offices/job centres etc.
Candidates for this role must have strong literacy and numeracy skills, excellent communication skills and interviewing skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with a background in employment (job centre, recruitment etc).
