The Role:
Devising effective sales strategies and establishing the structures on which to build new business will be your primary objective.
You will drive sales teams to achieve planned territory market share.
Relationship building and the management of key accounts will be a core responsibility.
Your success will also be judged by your impact on CRM, marketing communications and pricing strategy.
The Person:
The successful candidate will be an accomplished sales manager with experience in selling complex products via resellers.
A talent for leading internal and field based sales teams is essential.
A hands-on approach and strong account management skills are sought.
Your commercial acumen will be matched by high levels of empathy and persuasiveness.
