Description Duties include;
Management of customer expectations regarding IT service and solutions delivery
Timely resolution of Service Desk Tickets with a bias towards the Manufacturing business
Accurate and timely logging / updating of call information within the Service Desk recording system
Prioritise and escalate tickets in accordance with agreed SLA's
Identifying new and innovative solutions to underlying problems
Building, configuring and checking of PC's and other hardware to documented standards and much more
Are you able to create and grow relationships with customers based on trust and confidence; have you got a logical and methodical approach to problem solving; are you a strong team player with excellent communication skills both face to face and telephone?

37 core hours per week: Mon & Tues: 8.30am - 5.15pm, Wed - Thur: 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4pm
